A: Distance energy work, like Reiki, relies on the universal life force energy that surrounds us all. This energy can be accessed from anywhere, at any time. I will use my skills to connect with your energy remotely, allowing us (you & I) to channel and balance your energy as needed.

A: Absolutely! Research has shown that the effects of distance Reiki are just as significant as those experienced during in-person sessions. The key is not the physical presence but rather the intention, connection, and energy exchange between practitioner and client.
